Updating Your Member Payment Processor Information

Beginning in November, the National Press Club will change the payment processor it uses for member dues. The new processor will work more closely with the Club’s membership system, helping us track payments and address billing questions more efficiently.

This change will not affect your dues amount or billing schedule.

FAQ

Beginning in November, the National Press Club will use a new payment processor for member dues. The new processor will work more closely with the Club’s membership system.

Your dues amount and billing schedule will not change.

Sign in to NPC Member Central and make sure you can access your account.

If you have never signed in, select Member Registration and enter your member number, first name and last name. Enter your name exactly as it appears on your member statement.

If you have already registered but cannot sign in, select "Forgot Password."

Pay any October amount due using the current payment process. Do not wait for the new system.

No. Adding or updating payment information does not pay an existing balance.

Review your member statement and pay the full amount shown as due by the due date. Unpaid balances remain subject to the Club’s House Rules.

You must enter and authorize your payment information yourself in NPC Member Central.

For your own security, Club staff cannot take your payment information or authorize dues payments for you by email, phone or in person.

Never send credit card or bank account information by email.

If you receive a suspicious email or call, do not provide payment information. Club staff will never email or call you asking for your full credit card or bank account number.
